  Ordered a large thin crust Badger Special for pick up. Worst pizza ever. Way over cooked and hardly any toppings on it. Looks like it had been sitting around all day. All dried out . This is not the 1st time either. Will never again get pizza from this location.

  After recently contacting this location about a small issue from a previous visit, they really went the extra mile in making that situation right, and the next time I ordered from them the food was very good. Great customer service experience!

  I ordered direct from the website. Without notice I received a message saying a DoorDash driver would deliver my order and another charge would be added to my balance. The door dash driver came to my house with food (captured on ring camera) told my kid the order was the wrong order, took the food from my doorstep and left. I called the store back to see what was happening and they said it wasn’t a good time right now, they are busy and didn't have any drivers until now. I offered to come pick up my order and they said they didn’t have it. The manager indicated he has been advised not to refund any orders and refunds have to go through corporate. Very bad business, poor communication and comes across as fraudulent. I’ve ordered from this pizza hit location for years and this is definitely my last time ordering.

  I’m disappointed because my receipt clearly showed two pan pizzas, but I only received one hand tossed pizza. The toppings were correct, but the size, quantity, and crust type were all wrong. I assumed both pizzas were packed together until I opened the box. I appreciated the partial refund, but this order was not what I paid for.

  I called at 11:43 PM on 05/22/2026 to place an order for delivery. Unfortunately, the gentleman who answered the phone did not seem very happy to be working and had very low energy throughout the interaction. He also did not seem interested in accommodating any of the modifications I wanted to make to my order. After providing my Sun Prairie delivery address, he seemed very eager to tell me that they were unable to deliver to my location, which honestly came as a surprise since I live only about 2 miles away. Because of this, I ended up placing my order through DoorDash instead. Right after placing the order, I called the store again to let the team member know that I wanted my wings cooked well done. His response was, “I’ll do my best,” which didn’t really make much sense considering it was a simple request that should have been able to be communicated to the kitchen. Overall, the interaction left a poor impression. The employee came across as having a negative attitude and did not seem happy to be working or assisting customers.
