  I called in an order in at 11:30 pm and went to this location to pick it up. Got here at 11:48 pm and not a person to be found. Store was dark. Supposed to be open till 12 midnight. This has happened before on a few occasions. I have gotten the wrong order in the past, been told they are out of crusts except for one size and one time told they had no crusts. But they could give me wings or a dessert. I didn't want appetizers and dessert. I wanted dinner. Also most of the time it is over cooked and the cheese is not even soft. It is like eating cardboard. I did not order it over baked and asked for extra cheese and extra sauce. Even with that still carboard. Nothing extra put on the pizza.. obviously. This store has let me down on a consistent basis. Very frustrating and I am about to take my business elsewhere. Where at least they will be open when they say they will be. Have food in house. Cooked right and be customer forward. Now at 1150 pm I have to drive to get food somewhere else AGAIN. This location used to be much better but it is not anymore.

  Made an online order for some party boxes which had simple HT pep and beef. Got a call saying they have cancelled my order as they cannot make my pizzas. You are a Pizza Hut! How can you not make the pizzas. Do better!

  I’ve been trying to reach Pizza Hut manager at this location past one week but no responses. I ordered and went to the location only to find the location being closed even when hours said open. I went second day; explained the guy working there who looked unhappy and weird; he said order was canceled even though it wasn’t and I was charged. He said I’ll get refund in two to three weeks which is unusual thing to say. I never got the refund or my order. The guy refused to help. I didn’t get my money or food back.

  Ordered the two-medium-pizza deal: Taco Fiesta and Super Supreme. We also ordered the My Hut Box, which included 6 boneless wings, fries, and a Diet Mt. Dew. Unfortunately, our order was incorrect. We received a Taco pizza with a long hair intertwined in the lettuce, and our My Hut Box came with fries and only 4 boneless wings instead of the 6 we ordered. I understand that “things happen,” and mistakes can occur, but with the prices restaurants are charging today, customers should be able to expect their orders to be accurate and their food to meet basic quality standards. Finding a long hair in our food was especially disappointing. Overall, this was not the experience we expected, and I hope the restaurant takes the feedback seriously.

  I’ve had multiple issues with the Pizza Hut in Sun Prairie, and at this point I’m extremely frustrated. A couple of weeks ago, I placed an order and was told they didn’t have personal pizzas available. I ended up having to accept something completely different from what I originally wanted, and although they gave me a free item, that still didn’t change the fact that I couldn’t get what I actually ordered. Then today, I placed another order and gave them my card number, only for the employee to somehow put the order down as cash payment when I never said I was paying with cash. I called back to place another order for the same thing, and they then told me they didn’t have it available after the delivery driver had left with the food. At this point the communication is terrible, the ordering process is inconsistent and I shouldn’t have to repeatedly call back trying to figure out what’s going on with my order. This has happened more than once and it’s becoming unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen but when there are repeated issues with orders and communication, something needs to change. I definitely won’t be recommending this location based on my experiences.
