The interior of the restaurant and restrooms are clean. First time seeing a kiosk at a Jimmy John’s location tried it out but all of a sudden it turned off or malfunctioned when I pressed pay now so had to order with a person which didn’t affect anything I planned to order and actually went a bit better. Conveniently located in Sun Prairie. Will visit again.

- JJJUAug 19, 20261.0Just got home with a drive thru order. Staff are nice enough here but all 3 sandwiches are missing something. Ordered a Turkey Tom. Theres no tomatoes on it. Ordered a second Turkey Tom. Added cheese for a fee. Got charged but there's no cheese. Ordered a Veggie and wanted to add pickles and hot peppers. Neither of those are on the sandwich. Luckily they dont charge to add those particular items. Double checked rechecked the receipt. The lady who took the order put it in correctly, but whoever made the sandwiches just didnt follow the order ticket. I could understand if one sandwich had something missing but all three?!
- AAAndyAug 19, 20261.0Store is apparently run by a bunch of idiots. Still haven’t gotten food and I ordered 90 mins ago. I called and they said they got ”confused” because someone else ordered the same thing. You guys need to get some new staff. Edit: tried ordering here again. Ordered 2 sandwiches and the only addition I asked for was mayo packets. I received no mayo packets. DO NOT order delivery from here, I promise they will mess up your order. Simple instructions are VERY hard for these guys.
