- JCjadyn christine3 days ago1.0Today I stopped into Dunkin’ Donuts like I always do and the service was terrible. I only ordered a drink & mind you it’s the same drink i get every time - a breakfast sandwich and then order a bagel minis. I was told to first pull up after I paid $15 for this to wait for the food, I was waiting for the food for about 15 to 20 minutes and the food finally came out and by the time the food did come out my drink was already gone because of how long I’ve been waiting and the food was cold ice cold the cream cheese in the bagel minis were freezing like they were just came out of a freezer in my sandwich was cold. My drink is gone and mind you this is the same drink. I get every time like I mentioned earlier and this drink was not even filled to the top. It was 3/4 of the way & I don’t have time because I’m on a work break to sit and argue and try to get this remade so I am leaving this review. It’s just ridiculous that the quality of the service & the food is different every time of the day you go I’m really disappointed. I wasted $15 on this and I would like somebody to contact me regarding the issue.

Signs say they're open until 8pm. So when we asked them are they open? No one replied until we asked a couple more times. Then someone came out the back and asked what we wanted...well, we want donuts 🙄 duh! I didn't say that but I asked if we can have a 1/2 of dozen and usually we like to see and pick out what they have but there was nothing we can choose from. Because there was none show cased. So I asked well what you have? Smh, he went to the back and pulled out a cart with shelves full of donuts like where the heck did that come from??? Long story short, we had bad customer service and to me 1st impression is everything so we will not be going back to establishment.
