  Went to pay they “didn’t have any change” absolutely putrid service what fast food place doesn’t have any change? Don’t go here if you don’t have the exact price ready.

  We were the only ones in the restaurant and we ordered our food took us 32 minutes for our food to come out. This is a fast food restaurant, not a sitdown restaurant. This is unacceptable. Also, the lady with missing teeth was talking to a customer while we were waiting for our food for 32 minutes . also, they messed up. My order, asked for steak and my taco give me chicken disappointed would never recommend going to this location.

  The woman who was working the drive thru last night needs a major raise. We used to see her working and everything was always great. The last few times over a few months span we haven't seen her and it's been a mess. Insane wait times when there's 1 car in line. Skimpy portions looking messy and assembled with no care. Wrong items missing items you ame it. Last night we went back and she was at the window. Are food was fast, hot, and correct. Everything was full and looked and tasted great. Definitely made with care

  this has been multiple times that my kids and my self have been there. everytime you sit in the drive thru for 20 plus minutes and then when you get up to the window to pay you sit longer....I ordered two things and they were cold so I have to throw it away..why should I have to pay for it and bring it home to warm it up myself.

  Me and my friend drove to a taco bell it takes 5-10 minutes to get there and she orded half way through the drive. We get there i order and get my food 15 minutes later we ordered basically the same thing. 32 minutes of being in the store she finally gets her food this is the amount of time it would take for a sit down restaurant. This is a FAST food chain
