- LLLRB123Jun 3, 20262.0Every time I get a bagel from this Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin' combo store, it tastes freezer-burned. The donuts are stale and tough, and the drinks taste completely different every time, even when ordering the same thing. Customer service is consistently poor, and the employees are often rude. The posted hours are also unreliable. On one occasion, I arrived at 7:40 PM to get ice cream, even though the store was supposed to be open until 8:00 PM, and the doors were already locked. They frequently seem to have only one employee working, which creates long waits and poor service. If you go inside, don't expect much attention—they seem to prioritize the drive-thru above everything else. I've been in the middle of placing an order when an employee simply walked away to help a drive-thru customer before I had even finished speaking. The Baskin-Robbins side appears especially unprepared. It seems like the staff received little or no training. Whenever I order something from the menu, I'm often asked what ingredients it contains or how it's supposed to be made. When I ordered a banana split, the employee had no idea what went in it and kept asking me what came next. The same thing happened with another dessert order. Overall, the food quality, customer service, and lack of training make this location difficult to recommend. However, I am excited for the icecream to be here and I hope they get better about serving it.

Ordered a large Ice coffee with light Ice , because I need my coffee to wake up. I find out my $4 coffee which I have been seeing go up consistently in price now costs me $5 something!??? So I’m thinking why? The lady at window tells me it’s because you have less ice! So I’m thinking since they are remodeling, must be OWNER or Manager close. So the owner lady speaks to me . She tells me it’s because I have more coffee less ice I pay more! Then I reply, this coffee costs over $4 at all Dunkin’s except hers! She tells me she has 3 more stores & shes not changing it! BAD Customer Service! I won’t be back! Bad Sturtevant neighbor amongst so many Nice ones! Too bad Ms Owner you could have maybe 10 more stores if you learn how to treat customers!
