The one taking my order I could tell did not want me to use the tablet to order she wanted the customer interaction and proceeded that way with other customers. When no one was in line they were cleaning and mopping. And the donut and coffee was exactly what I asked for. Great service here this Tuesday morning! 07/07/2026 - 10:30am

Ordered sweetened iced tea with lemon-got unsweetened with no lemon and to top it off the iced tea was turned-telling me it was either stored improperly or way past its prime. Can’t even go back in to have them make good on it because we are OTR truckers and didn’t find the mistakes for 10-15 miles. Next time I’m asked about giving a tip before I receive my order you can guarantee I will give nothing. Getting sick of these places not caring enough to do a good job. Do better!

The best part is she did it all with a smile and an amazing attitude! I went in to give her a tip, but her back was turned. I hope when she checks her jar, she realizes that she is very much appreciated. My iced coffee was perfect.
- RNRob NagyJun 22, 20262.0Extremely inconsistent. Got my order wrong 3 times in 1 week. Every morning I get the $6 meal before work. It's always either burnt or missing toppings. I got a breakfast sandwich and it was completely the wrong protein (I ordered sausage and got bacon). Called and let them know, didn't make a stink about getting anything for free, didn't even bring it up after the first 2 calls even though the manager offered me a free sandwich. Now it's another week and still inconsistent with including toppings and the overall quality control bar is set so low yet is still failing. I'll be taking the extra time now to go out of my way to a different Dunkin because this one apparently can't get its ducks in a row.

Which is crazy considering I go to other Dunkin’s and I know they all have to make things generally the same. The coffee is always super light like they aren’t putting the flavoring in or not enough coffee. Idk but it’s not very good. There was one guy there that always made it so good. I thought it was the manager but who knows.
