  I do not like to give bad reviews but I have to do this one. First of all I noticed I was in line with two cars ahead of me I sat there for 12 mins….I get up to the speaker and it was another 4 mins before someone took my order, then I get up to the window and it took another 5 mins before someone came to take my payment and another 3 before they came with my food. I’m not sure what was going on but I do understand sometimes places are short staffed but it was a bit excessive on the time management. I get home and I had no napkins, Arby’s sauce or a spoon for Mac and cheese that costed $5 for a small cup that wasn’t even half full…. The noodles were undercooked and it was very disappointing. I got jalapeño poppers that were pretty decent and for the main part of my meal I tried the cheesesteak for the first time. The bread was chewy, there was a lot of hard gristle in the ground up meat that did not look like the steak in the picture and it was coated in this processed cheese sauce with some onions mixed in. I was so disappointed and it cost $23 for the meal. I’m not sure what is going on with the quality here but it’s gone done so much and I haven’t eaten here in about 4 years. I was very let down and I don’t think I’ll be going back. Thanks Arby’s!!!

  Will not go back. Arrived and went to a table. Asked the person cleaning tables if he could clean mine and was told "No I have to wait on the counter" and he rudely turned his back and walked away. I then went to the counter to ask for napkins to clean it myself which was overheard by another employee whom he called his manager and he was then told to go clean the tables and she would take care of the counter. He complained to me that I got him in trouble with his manager! My husband was overlooking the condiments counter and discovered it was empty of salt and pepper and probably the sauces as they usually are. When we pointed this out to the employee he couldn't care less. We then decided to leave and NEVER EVER will go back!

  This place is overpriced and always messes up your order. $14 for the Philly. Cheesesteak meal and he’d no meat on it. Ridiculous!
