  Me and my mom went to Arby’s recently and ordered two double roast beef sandwiches for the both of us. We ended up getting one with cheese, which we had never asked for cheese. Anyways, this Arby’s always manages to mess something up every time I go there.

  For an Arby's, this is excellent. Unique and yummy fast food options. Friendly and competent service.

  Ripoff artists. Never, ever honor promised discounts. Got screwed -- again -- yesterday, the deal shows up until it's time to check out, then it's yanked away and you're charged full price. Demanded a refund, and they refused ( even tho I never picked up the order much less ate it, and called in plenty of time to cancel). One time is mistake, two or more times ( and it's way more than that) then I'm it's nothing but deliberate, premeditated theft to keep the corporate cash flow going in tough times ( the billion dollar corp oblivious to the fact that it's tough times for us, too). Your competitors don't have these issues, so why should anyone even consider dealing with you? Local employees colluding with corporate, instructed to say they can't give refunds, direct us to corporate process which they know is a cheese maze and will frustrate customers til they give up. What's do hard about opening the damn register and giving me my money back??!! So, enjoy the 12 bucks, it'll have to last u a lifetime cuz I'm done with you! Don't even bother with the automated apology and reply that tries to nudge complaints out of the public eye; your business practices should be tried in " open court" of public opinion.
