  I ordered something at 12:17 pm and didn’t get it until 12:42 pm. Then, unbeknownst to me, the sub I ordered had so many disgusting, little white onion pieces in the tuna that I couldn’t eat it. There was no mention of onions in the item description and I was furious when I bit into my sub, only to find that nastiness in there. I despise onions and my entire lunch was inedible. Maybe mention that you put onions in your tuna so people like me know not to order it.

  Earlier in the week my wife called to place an order for a party plater. When I arrived, they told me they had already given to someone. When I asked them to make another & I would wait and even cover the expenses of others looking to buy their lunch, they told me we "can't do that." then, "we don't have bread for that." then, "call corporate." following with "it's not our problem..." When I asked for 10 sandwiches 5 turkey toms, 5 pepe's, the person at the register decided to wait until there were 4 other people waiting to order and then lecture me. A mistake is understandable, the absolute lack of basic customer service was embarrassing. A 1 star review is being too kind.
