    Great Jimmy John’s location Friendly employees Clean seating area and restrooms. Was able to get a little John #4 and it was prepared under 3 minutes made fresh. This location is located in Stoughton Wi and will definitely visit again in the future.

    Terrible customer service. I ordered food for delivery from Jimmy John’s in Stoughton, and my sides were missing from my order. I tried calling the store several times, but the phone was busy every time, so I eventually gave up. I emailed corporate, and it took quite a while for the store to finally get back to me. While I was waiting, I disputed $12 of the $35.29 charge with my bank—not the entire purchase—because I did receive some of my order. Today, I received a letter from my bank saying the $12 credit is being reversed. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food you never received and then have such a difficult time getting the issue resolved. After this experience, I will not be ordering from Jimmy John’s in Stoughton again. I expected much better customer service and, at the very least, to receive everything I paid for.

    Second time in a few months that I’ve placed a pick up order, it’s been confirmed, and then I’ve gotten to the store to either have it be locked up or people inside saying “sorry, we’re closed. Yeah we had to cancel your order.” What a waste of time - I won’t be trying again.

    I ordered something at 12:17 pm and didn’t get it until 12:42 pm. Then, unbeknownst to me, the sub I ordered had so many disgusting, little white onion pieces in the tuna that I couldn’t eat it. There was no mention of onions in the item description and I was furious when I bit into my sub, only to find that nastiness in there. I despise onions and my entire lunch was inedible. Maybe mention that you put onions in your tuna so people like me know not to order it.
