    Bill in the drive thru ruined it before I had a chance to order. I told Bill that I needed a minute to look at the menu and his reply was very rude “uh huh”. Well no thanks Bill! Arby’s is not for me with people like you working there

    I have 5 years experience in restaurant management. I understand how it can be sometimes. Due to this, I always ask for fresh fries. When I asked for fresh fries he acknowledged me and then gave me old ones. The girl on the fryer looked like she didn’t want to be there. I was given old fries. Then they gave me fresh fries. When I got home the large fresh fry I ordered was only half full. It was not busy, it was peaceful and steady. Please start hiring cooks who have the passion for it. Not sure what they’re getting paid to do in there.
