    They were so busy, but the staff was working really hard to get orders out quickly and apologizing for the delay when their was one.

    I waited for over 28 minutes in the drive thru and not only did I never get my food, but no one came to talk to us or acknowledge the long wait after we ordered. The person in front of me didn't get their food either and they must have been waiting for much much longer. Really disappointing. I don't plan to waste my time waiting in line at the Stoughton Arby's again.
