Food was fantastic, but she made it a better experience. Unfortunately, we used all our cash to pay, so we couldn't even leave the poor gal a tip!🫤 Please reward her with a raise. It wasa refreshing change to most fast food restaurants.

- MMMadelynJul 22, 20261.0My expirence at Fazoli's was not the best. We were there for about 45 minutes to an hour and we were waiting for breadsticks for a half an hour, it took a long time. The food was okay, the tables were dirty and still had leftover food bits on there from the last people who must have eaten there last. I didn't like how you had to box your own food, like I thought we were at a restaurant trying to be served not at a do it yourself diner. At this point id just drive the extra way to go to olive garden. It was also super loud when we went. When I were to have a conversation with a family member, they couldn't hear me. Overall, if your looking for a place that has good Italian food, come here, but id recommend going through a drive thru.
