  This is supposed to be a training store. lol. Stood at counter for forever, ask if anyone worked up front and was stared at, still no service, when served FINALLY, had to repeat order a couple of times. Not given an order # or name, had to stand to wait for food. Had an old car show in parking lot, not impressed. Never seen a Manager around. My suggestion is to fire the whole bunch, clean the store, and hire new staff, by the way the sliders were cold, ordered inside and ate inside

  I love Arby's. Always consistently good. I walked in to order as I needed to use the restroom. Food was fast, hot, and the server took the time to make sure all my sauces were there (3 horsey sauces per sammy which is chefs kiss for me!) and added napkins. Top notch!

  Order Carry out and they were supper friendly. They forgot out drinks but when we asked for the drinks, they gave us largest size to apologize for the mistakes. We were happy.
