  Tall young man took our ourder..he was learning but did an excellent job. POLITE, attentive, resourceful, service oriented, efficient and personable. Goid job! Please compliment him for us!

  I am being generous by giving this a one star. The kid who took my order at the drive-through asked if I wanted sauces, I said yes. Once I received my food and drove away, I noticed I did not get my fries. I went inside and got my fries, where the kid acted like he didn’t know what fries were. Then he handed me the fries, without putting them in a bag. Then I got home and realized I did not get any marinara with my mozzarella sticks. And I also did not get any of the sauces… that he specifically asked if I wanted. So I called the store to complain. The woman put me on hold to talk to the manager. I could hear her in the background, explaining what I had explained, and said that I was pissed. Then I heard her say, “maybe if you leave her on hold she’ll just hang up.” I was very angry at this, so I did hang up. I tried calling customer service, it said I would have a wait hold of less than one minute. After about five minutes, the call hung up on me. I’m not happy with Arby’s. Arby’s used to have great food and great service. Not only was the service terrible but the food was less than average at best.

  I stopped here while on a work trip. I pass through the area frequently coming from the Waukesha area. Dre helped me tonight and I have to say, he was one of the most friendly people I have had help me in a while. He told me he just came in from working at another store in town and was finishing his day here. Mind you, it was 7:45pm. He has a great attitude, asked me to have a seat and he'd bring my food out to me and even customized my order for me without missing a beat. This location is lucky to have a guy like this working there. Food was great too! Thanks Dre!

  Grabbed a sandwich for the road while traveling. Got the cheddar and roast beef. Service was quick. Sandwich was good.

  This is supposed to be a training store. lol. Stood at counter for forever, ask if anyone worked up front and was stared at, still no service, when served FINALLY, had to repeat order a couple of times. Not given an order # or name, had to stand to wait for food. Had an old car show in parking lot, not impressed. Never seen a Manager around. My suggestion is to fire the whole bunch, clean the store, and hire new staff, by the way the sliders were cold, ordered inside and ate inside
