  Went through the drive through and had a $19 order. We ordered our food and had asked twice for a small Baja blast. We pulled around to our get food and no small Baja blast. They told us we can either come in or go around back though the drive through to get one. Then as we drive away we realized all the soft tacos we ordered were hard shell and the quesadilla was so cold with no sauce on it. We ‘ve had a bad experience here before but wanted to give it another try but after today we will not be going back.

  Staff are very lazy and won’t take more than one order at a time in the drive thru. Every car gets told to hold on even though there’s no line and one car at the window. You will sit in line for at least 5 mins per car before ordering.

  I usually really enjoy going to this taco bell, but after my experience last night at this location I am completely turned off from taco bell all together. Whoever the old white lady is doesn’t listen and completely messed up our order. We were missing a whole luxe box and only got half of a combo meal (which was all wrong). When we asked about the luxe box, we were met with protest and she didn’t offer any solutions besides “oh well, sorry”. Not spending a single dime at this location ever again

  Quite literally the only taco bell I have ever been where the food takes longer to be made than a steakhouse. You’d think they’re back there hand cleaning fresh chickens with how long it takes. Only location in the nation that will consistently make you wait 20+ minutes for your food. 2 stars because the food is still good, mostly.

  its takes like half an hour to get your order, and when I finally get my food, I open it up and theres charred grill bits in it. besides that the quality is sloppy at best, they dont use much meat or lettuce and such but even then it spills out of the tortilla with how bad its wrapped. if you want taco bell avoid this location.
