  I do not recommend this place, even though they have opened an ice cream section. The girl working there was talking on her phone (earbuds). My son ordered a milkshake with a "Dubai chocolate" topping, but what he received was pure milk—it couldn't even be called a milkshake. False advertising.

  I’m giving this place 1 star because of a very bad experience. I ordered a mango smoothie, but it tasted like water because there was way too much ice and no real mango flavor. I went back to tell the employee, and instead of fixing the issue properly, he just blended it again, got upset, and even raised his voice at me. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially when I’m paying around $10. The donuts I got were also dry and not fresh. I’ve been to other Dunkin’ locations and never had this kind of experience. This South Milwaukee Chicago Ave location has consistently poor quality. I’ve had similar issues more than once, and when I mention it, the staff doesn’t seem to care.

  It 10 out 10 always great drinks and fire drinks everytime I go great customer service friendly staff

  Employees can’t speak or understand English well and when they gave my order and it was wrong and proceeded to tell me I didn’t know what I ordered. All this after I watched the car in front of me hand their food back because it was wrong. So I was charged different sizes then i ordered and the employee was argumentative about it. Ridiculous

  Why does anyone go to Dunkin? Seriously why? The service sucks, the coffee is mediocre. Good luck if you're getting a delivery because they don't care. They have no regard for how we do things here. Do yourself a favor and go to Starbucks or 7 Brew. Also, fix your front door.
