  Me and my family were just served on Dec 26 at 1:15pm and the two employees who took our orders were lovely! One’s name was Ally, and unfortunately I didn’t catch the other’s name, but both were equally welcoming, quick, and attentive. The one who’s name I didn’t get even asked me how much pepperoni I wanted on my sandwich, which I’ve never been asked before at any Subway I’ve been to (I usually take some of the pepperoni off my sandwich to balance it out). Definitely will remember this stop next time we go through Siren!

  I have alpha gal it’s a allergy to meat, bacon being one of the worst. I asked for the meal of the day without the bacon. I was told I can’t have it without bacon, it MUST have bacon cause they can’t figure out inventory if I don’t have bacon. I asked for it on the side before or just don’t touch it on my sandwich, I’ll feed it to my pups. But NO, I am not allowed the meal of the day if it don’t have bacon. The old lady has done it to me several times. I would think they’d rather we went without bacon, more left in the store for others. Seems some old lady has some issues. We won’t be back to this subway with her there. Not Krista’s fault, but her employee has a power trip… oh, the boss at subway, you go ofb! Figure it out.

  This is going to be a bad review, but this Subway is simply a terrible place to eat. I stopped here to take subs back to the lake for my wife and me. I could tell upon arrival I should have turned around and walked out, but I didn't...sadly. This Subway is apparently run by teenage girls (at least that's all I saw) who were badly in need of some training. I gave the first girl my order of two 6-inch subs and had to repeat the orders multiple times. With the meat and cheese finally on the correct bread, the next girl in line wanted to know what I wanted on my subs. I told her, and was then asked "don't you want any dressings?" I told her "no" and received a "look" along with "why not?" I told her we would add the dressings at home and started asking for various condiments to be added to the sub and quickly found out they are VERY stingy with condiments. Black olives means about four tiny little sliced olive rings and tomatoes equaled two VERY thin slices. Not at all like any Subway we frequent, and we eat here quite often while on the Interstate. Next was the girl at the cash register. I used Apple Pay and then a guy came up beside me and asked for some pepper because there wasn't any on the table. Off she went in the middle of my transaction and when she finally returned with his pepper she looked at me and asked "what would you like?" I would like my receipt, please. Maybe she thought just because I paid using Apple Pay I didn't want a receipt, but it would have been nice if she had asked. Sorry, but I just can't recommend this Subway, even though I am a huge fan of the ailing franchise. I also understand that teenagers need to work and they need the experience, as they will grow up to be the business people of america. But how about a little training Mr./Mrs. Franchise Owner. Make we want to return...not write a bad review.
