  I placed an order online for pickup. I showed up and the drive thru was packed. I get it but tell me why a fast food restaurant took 35 min for me to get my food with 4 cars in front of me in a drive thru. Watching through the windows you see people leaning on the counters and no hustle at all that’s how… every time I stop I end up late. Every time I convince myself you will be better but it never changes. Train your people to move.

  It took way to long for my food…yall need me back😭😂 but actually the amount of time I was waiting for my food is crazy

  Worst taco bell in sheboygan! The service was awful. We ordered at the counter with simple stuff, a cantina bowl and a 10 piece Regular nuggets from the limited edition meals. The guy rang us up for that plus two tacos we never ordered and only put us down for a 5 piece SPICY meal. When I told him face to face 10 piece REGULAR meal. I had to correct the person bringing it out 3 tines when the first time I told her "it's supposed to be a 10 piece meal REGULAR." SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER 10 PIECE SPICY. so when I told her it was regular she copped an attitude saying the "receipt says spicy" well the receipt is wrong I told the guy what we wanted and he even added on extra food we didn't want. So she brings it back out and literally throws the food on our table "let's try it again for a third time" she says as she throws it. Like it wouldn't be three times if they would just do their job right. Then we proceeded to watch them get three other orders wrong while sitting there eating and treating people like garbage. Dude hire new people who care about customer service. Ridiculous.

  Male employee here told a woman customer that he's going to beat her ass after she had an issue with her order a couple of times.

  The staff was having issues with one another. They kept locking front door. Just unsettling while eating a not sure if we should stay or go.
