  So I hate to be that guy who leaves a bad review but... I went here with my girlfriend last night and the service was below average to say the least. We had arrived shortly before close. I went up to the cash register waiting to hs e my order taken because I was going to use cash. The girl who they told to take my order, who was fairly short and had darker long hair, scoffed when she realized she had to stop chatting with the workers and take my order. When I pulled out a 50$ bill, she gave me a rude look and continued to be brash to me and my girlfriend. In fact, she was extremely rude to my girlfriend when she asked about her drink. Luckily, the taller guy with short reddish brown hair making the food was extremely polite to us and told us it was ok that we came late. I dont hate this Panera at all. Its just that a few of your workers really should learn a little more respect.

  Kiosk ordering asks if there are several allergens, so it’s easy to have gluten free. However there are not many GF meal options. Always having one soup would be helpful.

  The restaurant was so disappointing, the order was screwed up, missing items, and the staff were not very welcoming and seemed annoyed. Also heard staff getting yelled at by other workers in the lobby. I would never return again.

  It’s my own fault for thinking each time will be different. It’s consistently unreasonably slow and I have witnessed what another review said about kitchen staff doing nothing and moving slowly. Takes me less time to make food fresh at home. Over priced hospital food with ridiculous wait times. Hope this place closes and gets replaced with a Chick Fil A 😋
