  Not sure what the issue is. Every time we order for delivery it takes over 30 minutes, I live 6 blocks away lol. One time they delivered to our neighbors then tried to argue when I called and asked where my food was. Tonight order online for pick up.... 3 subs.... still took over 40 minutes. I'm confused. Why?

  Great sandwich every time. To avoid meter parking there is a large lot on the backside of the building.

  Went in today to pick up two sandwiches. Had to wait longer than usual because they were taken care of deliveries first. Guy tried to hand me two sandwiches and I asked for a bag. He handed me a bag and the sandwiches separately and I had to put my own sandwiches in? And this is after leaving a tip. If they treat an in-store customer this way, who knows how they make their sandwiches or even care about the hygiene. Btw the same guy gently bagged the sandwiches for delivery like he was bagging live animals in them. Not cool.

  My husband was in the bathroom with the door locked. He heard someone wiggle the door handle and then stop. Then he heard it again but this time the door opened. One of the female workers unlocked it and opened the door while he was using it! This is very inappropriate and unprofessional! Why is the female employee going in the locked men’s room anyway!? We will not be going back there
