    Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The server who answered the phone was very rude, hung up on me, and after I called back multiple times, responded with a snappy attitude saying, “I’ll get my manager, you can wait,” before placing me on hold. Speaking to paying customers this way is unprofessional and inappropriate. The manager handled the situation well, but the server’s behavior significantly took away from the overall experience. This is what’s to be expected from people who have no business working in the serving industry.

    I accidentally tipped double what I owed on the bill with cash. I called the store and the wonderful manager made it right. He was able to supply me with gift cards instead of cash, but made it all squared away. Very ethically responsible of them, thanks for making it right!

    Very disappointed sat at bar ignored for 5 min before greeting. 2 tables got seated and served before us another man and his daughter sat at bar and served and left before us. Food was meh. Service sucked. Isabelle the bartender couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact when speaking with us she was busy watchable of men behind us. Retraining badly needed customer service is non existent.

    I come to this location often for happy hour; I always spend $75-$100 here. I usually get pretty much the same thing everytime we come, this in particular time everything appeared to be pretty salty, although I know they don’t salt anything it was really salty. I notified the server after waiting 25 mins; she was extremely busy working the bar and the whole dinning room alone so I did not complain. Once I let her know she went and got the general manager who came out and took the two items that we only took one bite of and discounted the bill. Upon reviewing the receipt I noticed two of the apps that are normally half off were ring in at regular price. I went to the bar and asked the server was there a change and she responded with “yes today” and then she proceeded to get the general manager again ; (make note to the menu only says half off apps but does not specify which app) his response to her was “I’m not taking anything else off that bill” and refused to come out to even answer any questions I may have had. I wasn’t asking for anything else to be taken off the bill. I am also a General Manager myself and I would never treat guest that way or leave the server up against a guest who is complaining about an issue. Not only that when my team is drowning out on the floor I am doing my best to assist with running food; table touching and making sure guest are being welcomed with hospitality. She for say with 8 tables back to back and had two bar guest all at one time. Instead he sat back in the office and let his team drown and when there was an issue he wasn’t even professional enough to come speak with the guest . The server did her best as I observed and the food this time was horrible.. due to the fact someone who runs the place has poor guest service .. I will not be back ! After all that the table behind me heard the issue about the salty food and also agreed the food was salty. We have to be better at selecting who rubs these establishments because with service like that you will definitely lose guest. The place is always empty anyways and this could be why
