More often than not the order is incorrect (wrong flavor chips) or missing items (chips, sides, condiments that were paid extra for). I emailed once to complain and only received an I'm sorry back. Today, my food was placed right on the other side of my door where I couldn't see and when I opened the door it knocked over my soda and covered my food in it. Since they don't offer refunds, I guess this is my last time ordering from them.

I called letting them know the sandwich was made incorrectly (I also checked my order history to confirm I didn’t take cheese off on accident) they were willing to remake it and send another over, but the caveat was they wanted the first sandwich back. Is that normal? I had this happen one other time a year prior and they didn’t ask for the sandwich back. I feel like that practice is icky? Let alone, food waste? Realistically, I could’ve added my own cheese but I paid for it to have cheese on it. I assume maybe a training opportunity or just wanting proof. Just a bit sad since it’s just going to go to waste. Rating as 2 stars since they did rectify the issue, though there was additional downtime and needing to meet the driver to make the exchange.
