  Ordered a sandwich for delivery — when it arrived it had no cheese on it. I called letting them know the sandwich was made incorrectly (I also checked my order history to confirm I didn’t take cheese off on accident) they were willing to remake it and send another over, but the caveat was they wanted the first sandwich back. Is that normal? I had this happen one other time a year prior and they didn’t ask for the sandwich back. I feel like that practice is icky? Let alone, food waste? Realistically, I could’ve added my own cheese but I paid for it to have cheese on it. I assume maybe a training opportunity or just wanting proof. Just a bit sad since it’s just going to go to waste. Rating as 2 stars since they did rectify the issue, though there was additional downtime and needing to meet the driver to make the exchange.

  They made me a sandwich after subway wouldn't (subway employee wanted to close early). I was hungry after class! Tipped well and loved the enthusiasm of employees!

  My wife and I ordered a sub for each of us on french bread. The bottom of the bread was rock hard. I had to cut mine off to eat my sub otherwise there would have been no way to chew it. Very disappointing and their only solution to the problem was to bring it back so they could make me a new one.
