- RBRiver Bryant1 day ago1.0service was terrible. was constantly ignored by workers. i was looked up and down. took forever to get drinks and food. the worker side eyed me for no tip. and looked utterly disgusted. seemed to have underage workers who stated they didn’t know what they were doing. and other costumers judged me as i walked in the store.

I truly believe they are cutting corners. They must be reusing the coffee grounds or adding less coffee to try and save money. In the end, it’s going to cost them. #2. Food is subpar. Also tastes like it was from the day before. #3. Staff doesn’t know the menu or they don’t care. Really sad because we were so excited to get a Dunkin in Shawano.

We have given this location 3 tries since moving to Shawano and each time without fail something is forgotten or something from the order was mixed up. First trip we had to go back for my kids’ orange juices, second trip we ordered specialty donuts and got random regular ones, this third and final trip we received cold to the touch, wet sandwiches with really hard croissant like it was just thawed. They also didn't give us 2 of our hash browns. The customer service is below sub-par and they have the audacity to ask to leave a tip in the drive thru. Will never be going back.

We went inside to order as we wanted to see what was available for refreshers, and if they had much in the way of donuts left. We realized at that time of night that they may be down to just a few things left. Our two drinks were made right away, and we didn't wait for the donuts. We were not in a rush, so we understood when the solo employee quickly made a drive-thru order. She did get back to us with our donuts when she finished with the drive-thru drink. We were both impressed by how the young woman working the closing shift was a one-person army. She was doing a great job for one working alone. The donuts were very good when we ate them back at our hotel. I'd suggest a bit of patience if they are short-staffed, like what we saw, but it was worth the visit on a Sunday night.
