  Unless you like eating in your car, don't bother stopping here. I for one do not!! We've stopped at least six times in the last year and the lobby has always been closed. They might as well just close this location!

  30 minutes gone and not a single piece of food to show for it. 15 minutes trapped in the drive thru while an entire line of cars sat motionless because apparently nobody inside understands the concept of “fast food.” Pulled inside thinking maybe the lobby would be better — somehow it was worse. Nobody at the counter, nobody paying attention, nobody doing their job. Reordered at the kiosk and stood there another 15 minutes watching five employees wander around talking, staring into space, and moving at the speed of a funeral procession. This place is a complete operational failure. The staff look absolutely clueless, management clearly has zero control, and the level of incompetence on display is honestly embarrassing. It takes real talent to make customers wait half an hour and accomplish absolutely nothing. If this is the standard being hired and trained, it’s no surprise this place constantly struggles. Shut the doors already and save people the time, frustration, and brain damage of dealing with this circus.

  This is the absolute worst food service I have gotten in my life. As a fast food worker myself, I usually don’t get upset or even leave a review about these things… but it was so bad. Waited an hour and 15 minutes for a mobile order, told them in the lobby about the order multiple times just to get a response that seemed like they didn’t care at all. I ended up going through the drive thru because it was frustrating seeing people do the same, just to get their food in 15 mins compared to me who ordered over an hour ago and still didn’t. Only pros were that they gave me a free taco voucher and the lady at the window was very apologetic, but the others working there didn’t seem to care enough.

  I just need to say this is the most fabulous taco bell in the US everytime I go it's excellent service the most disgustingly amazing amount of sauce and i just need to shout out the people that work 12-2ish because that's when I go there amazing and mske the best taco bell I've never been let down by them and other taco bells be letting ppl down😔 but in all seriousness live laugh love the saukville Taco Bell and the man in the gucci hat!
