    It took nearly 20 minutes to process our order, even though it wasn’t very crowded. They must’ve been understaffed or something, but they showed no sense of urgency. We only ordered one blizzard. It was so soupy that there’s no way it would’ve passed the upside down Blizzard test. While the staff was friendly and courteous, it sure looked like a poorly managed store.

    Super friendly employees. They made what would have otherwise been an average experience into a better one. Food’s always great as well

    Got 3 blizzards the drive thru was a long line. They obviously had the 3 made already. We got to the window and I said dont you gotta flip these upside down lol. The girl with the tattoo under her right eye just looked. When I grabbed the first one you could tell it was liquid. I said this is already melted. She wouldn't flip it because they new and wouldn't remake it. My daughter is like well I guess ill enjoy my ice cream soup 😆. First time there and the last time. A blizzard more like soup 😆 the guy in front complain in his car you could tell she kept apologizing. Nothing like paying 21 bucks for melted ice cream.

    Low rating earned! Waiting in drive thru line just to place an w/ only 1 car ahead of me and no movement in over 5 minutes, no one even talking on the intercom.

    I came with my sister who is disabled. She uses a walker. When we were leaving I went to get the car closer. She was outside waiting. An employee of yours Carsman I think his name is, came out to help her get in to the car. I can’t tell you out grateful we both were for his kindness. Thought you should know. He’s definitely a keeper!
