Absolutely horrible. Every time I order from here something is wrong or missing, and I've held out hope it'll get better, but nothing seems to change. Last two times my drink was forgotten or nearly forgotten despite specifically asking for it in the order notes. A dessert was forgotten. My pizza in the most recent purchase was made incorrectly (double checked order to ensure I purchased it correctly). Spending over $60 between food, drink, ans delivery is not worth it when the food and service is such poor quality. This most recent failure is the last straw. I rarely treat myself to take out like this, and it's so disappointing when it's prepared incorrectly (every time). I will never be purchasing from the location again. Save your money, go to any other location in town to spend your hard earned money.

Thank you so much for the great pizza. We always try to order from high point crossing.but they seem to always be closed when we want to order on the weekends. We intend on ordering at least 8-10 pizzas each time.. We talked to the manager Sharon in Sauk City and she accommodated our order and was very professional and helpful and made us feel like we mattered and I will keep ordering from her as she makes us feel important She is amazing and I appreciate her professionalism and eager to get business I am the general manager of IHOP in Madison and she is amazing. Ive never felt so welcomed and appreciated so much from another GM thank you. We will back everyother week for more. Even if it means the drive.

The staff here are the absolute best! Always friendly and kind! We have know that for a while, but today while doing our Book It, they made my boys feel so special! Thank you! Pizza, wings and breadsticks are always cooked perfectly too!

Your hours on Google are incorrect for the Sauk City Wisconsin location. Normal customers find this to be a hig deal. I also called to get confirmation on this, and listened to some long advertisement before it told me the store was closed.
