  Ordered chalupas. Over fried, hard as a rock, and one teaspoon of filling. Got a softshell taco and put chalupa filling in there. Also ordered the Cantina Cicken Mexican pizza combo. Tasty, but only a tablespoonful of filling, so mostly shell. Not sure if going back to this Taco Bell again. Service was not good either.

  I waited 34 mins in the drive through and there was one person in front of me and the storefront wasn’t even busy like not a soul im being dead serious like it does not take 30 closer to 40 mins to take 1 two taco order and then serve 2 people

  We waited for 40 minutes in store for 4 tacos and 2 orders of fries. The store was not busy at all. 8:15pm on a Sunday. They waited for 30 minutes to make our order. Our order was hastily thrown into the bag with fries all over. Food was great. Service was not.

  So, I tried to get ahead of the crowd by placing a mobile order, as this location is usually busy. When I got there, my order wasn't ready - no big deal. While I was waiting, I put in another order for my brother (one burrito). I checked my orders, and it just said 'order received' . After half an hour of waiting, I just canceled and left. I'm not mad at the three folks working (one was clearly new to the job). My issue is with the manager who clearly didn't bother showing up to lend a hand. Do Better!

  One of the managers at this location, Gavin, has gone above and beyond numerous times for both myself and the people I’m with. If something gets messed up, he swiftly and kindly corrects the issue and always makes sure our food comes out in a timely manner. Overall, whenever he’s working, my experience is smooth, enjoyable, and consistently great. He does an excellent job and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service.
