  Don’t bother wasting your time or money here. They repeatedly make the same mistakes time after time. They don’t put all of the ingredients on there sandwiches. They seem to be confused and disorganized about orders. They don’t sound they care when you address issues with them. I will NEVER go back to this McDonald’s again.

  I love it here spend a lot of money every month here. The employees will take the time to help you. It is relatively clean and the bathrooms are the same. Ot can be very busy at times but still fast services.

  idiots asked for 4 cheeseburgers, went all the way home to have the wrong order, (20 nuggets), also my son tried to get a job interview, showed up and there was no interviewer. They fries also suck, not crispy at all.

  the manager ethan at river falls mcdons is an absolute gem. i called the mcdonald’s hot line and ethan listen to me vent n cry about the hard time i was going thru n offered to bike to my house to deliver my food when my door dasher bailed on me. he also looked for my sock that i had lost while doing cartwheels in the parking lot (it was on the roof!!) and i didn’t even ask him too. he always brings a smile to my face n i saved that mcdonalds phone number in my phone. i can also count on ethan to be there for me.
