  Helpful tip, since the hours are not posted they are not open on weekends. Also it’s located in a campus building so public parking is limited.

  Went there this morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich, however I requested it be prepared on a bagel not a croissant, like the menu described it. The cashier told me “ they can make substitutions to sand whiches”, so I just ordered the item. After she competed the transaction, I asked why they couldn’t make substitutions to menu items. She said that they no longer are an Einstein Brod Bagel Shop, just Carribou Coffee only. Hard to believe they are allowed to promote the business with a different name. It’s very misleading.

  When we got in line, there were a free cars ahead of us. We had to wait to order. My husband changed his "shmear" from plain to honey almond which elicited a "sigh" through the speaker from the woman taking the order. We ordered the same thing two pumpkin bagels with honey cream cheese, not toasted. They repeated the order and it was correct. We waited at least 15 minutes. We get to the window, the woman had our order but instead of giving us our bagels, she took the next iterations order. There was no one else behind us. Low and behold, she told us they were short staffed. We get down the road and opened up nice and crispy bagels with warm cream cheese. Call the manager and steak to Brandi. She said the "next time you come in, we will make sure they are made right." Ok, so the $4 per bagel we just paid for that you made wrong is my cost to eat. Sorry, Renee, there won't be a next time and as we are huge "buy local" mentality will be "schmeared" to our friends and co-workers how much you appreciate local customers.
