He said he couldn’t? This was hard to understand because why would we pay for something we don’t want or didn’t ask for? Never had that happen before at any chipotle location. Overall food is fine just a little off with the service.

There were flies EVERYWHERE, above the food, when you went to sit down, everywhere. My food was prepped partially directly on the table, where there were other sauces and food ingredients scattered about, some of which ended up on my burrito. The food itself was not much warmer than room temperature. Will not return, I hope I don't get sick
