  Ordered BYOC with extra meat, delivery arrived 30min behind schedule and was left outside, not per instructions. All sides are in small containers, like guac, including the queso, which was $8!! Only received one small bag of chips that’s half full for 2 teen boys and my husband who worked 11 hours. I get that it’s a busy day, but if you do not have enough food maybe don’t accept new orders, this is not worth $100.

  This place is filthy. The tables, chairs, floor, food prep area. All dirty. It wasn't even busy when we arrived. The staff did not seem to want to be there or to care about anything having to do with the task at hand. We won't return.

  It is so nice to have a Chipotle in town now. We will be eating here often. 🌮 Burrito bowls forever!!

  Every time I go there’s always inconstant service of food quality. I can go one day and get a nice big burrito but the chips will be terribly stale. Lately the portions have been smaller, whatever. I do however have a problem with the lack of communication from server to customer regarding out of products. I work customer service and whenever we’re out of something on a mobile order we get in contact with the guest and make it right. This store has NEVER done that and I’m fed up. I will be taking my service back to Hudson. What a waste to put a new chipotle in town just for it to be underwhelmingly terrible. They don’t even say anything when handing you the order either. Just terrible service. Maybe it’s just the night shift, but I work nights too and that doesn’t mean my work gets sloppier or less important just because I want to leave. If you hate your job you still need to do it or leave.
