- SWShawndra W2 days ago1.0The manager at this location is really rude. The girl at the register was super sweet, the manager was making the drinks. The manager interrupted what the girl at the register was saying, was really rude to me and rolled her eyes at me. I went another time recently and I think 3 new people were left to work without guidance. Once they figured out how to ring in my drink, none of them knew how to make it. They got out the recipe book for an expresso shaker. They ended up making me an iced latte instead. They shouldn't have all been scheduled together without someone with more experience working with them.

The drink was made incorrectly, no caramel and I believe she didn't add the salt mixture as the drink was bitter and tasted bad. I ended up throwing it out because it tasted so bad.
- ATAvery TerningFeb 5, 20261.0Hi! I went in for the bogo today and was in line a few minutes before it ended at 3:30, got to the register, ordered, and asked to use the bogo promotion. The gal at the register was very nice said it was no problem it was still well before 3:30. The barista she was working with came over with attitude and rudely stated they were stopping the promotion early and I was not able to get the bogo anymore even after she had helped the lady in front of me and offered the bogo to her. I guess I’m just confused as to why I was denied when I ordered well before the cut of time and would like to say I did not appreciate how I was talked to while I was there. It was extremely rude and disrespectful and as a former barista I cannot imagine ever talking to a customer in this manner!
