  Consistently great food and pleasant staff. We stopped tonight (8/28) around 7. We got the meat and 3 boxes. All the food was hot, fresh, and delicious! The staff were all very polite and helpful. Love that you're so close to Menards... we stop every time we go there. Never had a bad experience at your Arby's.

  We are traveling through town on our way back to Chicago area and just wanted to take a second to say the staff here is very kind and very welcoming. My daughter started crying when she found out her favorite sandwich had been discontinued and they were very patient and encouraging as she chose something different. It was very nice of them and I hope other people will stop by to get great customer service too!

  I came in today July 11th, at 830-840. I came in and I ordered 1 apple turnover (that is supposed to be served warm) I got it and it was cold and not that enjoyable I also got a BnC classic which had very very little cheddar and Arby’s sauce on it. When waiting for our food another person came up and asked for something different because he ordered a 5count of jalapeño poppers and wanted the 8count instead, the lady said sure I’ll make them for you, she goes back WITH UNWASHED AND UNGLOVED HANDS and opens a new frozen bag of them tears it open dumps them into the bin and proceeds to grab a handful with her UNWASHED AND UNGLOVED HANDS and then puts it in the fryer and goes back AGAIN and proceeds to grab another handful of them. This is absolutely disgusting behavior and should not be happening in the food service industry. I personally was not the person who ordered them or had to sadly received them to eat them, we had told the guy exactly what happened, he said my wife and I were at a wedding and didn’t like the food so this was our last resort, just because it’s a last resort for these people doesn’t make this okay at all. The person who took my order and the other guys order, was also who put her gross UNWASHED AND UNGLOVED HANDS in the bin of FOOD! Her name tag said Julia. This is disgusting.
