  Great coffee, im not a coffee person but its very good. The parking lot and the drive thru is a joke. The staff is always moving and trying too keep the line moving. Only problem i have is the parking and drive thru.

  This is a really fun spot to grab a refresher as the drinks are made very quickly but there is a massive menu so there are surely something to please everyone. The combinations are endless just tell the Barista exactly what you're looking for and they will do their best to help you out. We were surprised at how delicious our choices were. The Double Espresso blonde was a specially delicious, and I enjoyed the Salted Caramel Shake. We liked the drive-in feeling and the music was jamming so it definitely put us in a good mood to feel like we were really living our best life and having a great day. Our moods were lifted with the upbeat feeling and the young employees were on their toes filling orders and preparing drinks.

  I swung into 7Brew in Wausau after a long day, craving something sweet, and boy did they deliver. I went with the Blackberry Cobbler Shake, and it was an outstanding choice — rich, creamy, and bursting with that perfect sweet-tart blackberry flavor. It tasted like a slice of warm cobbler had been magically transformed into an ice-cold treat. So good I had to pace myself so I wouldn’t just inhale it. The service was lightning fast. I barely pulled up before they were handing me this cup of pure joy through the window. The staff was super friendly and upbeat, giving off those good vibes that turn a quick stop into a highlight of the evening. If you’re in Wausau and need a delicious shake, 7Brew is the spot. Friendly team, speedy service, and a Blackberry Cobbler Shake that hits all the right notes. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in town

  This is probably the best place to have come to Wausau. I love the service, along with the drinks. Everyday I wake up in the morning, blessed at the fact I can hop in my car, and order a peach base smoothie, with a hint of strawberry and vanilla. Your taste buds will be bamboozled the moment you take the first sip of your drink. Truly grateful. And if I could give this place more than 5 stars, I'd give this place 1,000 stars 🫂

  The Rib Mountain, Wisconsin 7Brew is fantastic! They are always busy, but the lines move quite quickly! The staff is so friendly and I am always greeted with a smile. Even when it was freezing cold out the staff was always in great spirits. The drinks are delicious and I love the swag days! Keep up the great work Rib Mountain 7 Brew!
