  Employees not properly trained in turning off the open sign when the business is closed. Manager needs to retrain closing procedures.

  7Brew is awesome and the drinks are always good. They have so many syrup options and so many different types of drinks. The employees are always super kind and work super fast to get the drinks made; I love the atmosphere, it feels so positive. It’s a drive-thru coffee shop (with non-coffee drink options too) so there’s no worry about parking or seating or anything. There is also a walk-up area for anyone that doesn’t want to drive through. This one is also a great spot for sunset pics

  The slowest service I’ve ever received at a 7 brews. The line was the shortest I’ve ever seen and it took 30 minutes to get an iced blondie. The staff had no idea what they were doing.

  I travel a lot therefore I have gone to a lot of 7 brews all over. This has to be the worst 7 brew i’ve ever been to. I love 7 brew as a company, but this specific 7 brew had no system or explanation on why it was taking so long or why they were only taking orders from one lane and not the other lane. When asked the girl said she didn’t really know it’s just busy, so she got her manager. Her manager said how the orders just pop up on the screen in order and it’s first come first serve. This is no explanation on why you are completely ignoring the other lane. In addition, you can see the line getting longer, and the cars moving faster on one side than the other. It’s very easy to go back and forth if that’s the case, and not neglect one line. I’ve been to plenty of busy 7 brews i’ve never encountered this. They typically close one lane if they are short staffed or busy because it keeps everyone in order from who’s been waiting the longest to avoid this issue. The worst part is you can’t leave once you’re in line you’re stuck. I sat in line for 40 minutes and watched over 20 cars from the other lane that got there after me, leave with their drinks before me. That’s the opposite of first come first serve. If you want to try 7 brew for the first time I wouldn’t recommend here.
