  Terrible place and when they have promotions, their customers blocked access into the neigbborhood behind them.

  Disappointing visit to say the least. We set up our orders in the app thinking it would be easier than trying to talk to an employee over the music and were the only car when we arrived. We noticed immediately that our first drink was wrong when it was handed out and tried flagging down an employee unsuccessfully until one of the girls inside glanced over and noticed us. Then our second drink was handed out wrong too. Before we could even bring it up one of the girls leaned over to lecture us on how to use the app and that if we didn't want the drink as it came normally we had to unclick the boxes for what we didn't want...We even double checked after pulling away to confirm we had in fact already done this. Before leaving we asked about the second drink getting fixed, they added one of the extras that had been asked for and not the other. At this point we were both done and just decided to give up on getting our correct orders and left. There were at least 4 people inside at the time and no other orders were being taken. Disappointed and will most definitely not be coming back for a long while.
