  Yikes! Terrible customer service at this location. I waited over an hour for our delivery to show. I called the store to ask them what is taking so long. They told me they were behind and it would be another 10-15 minutes. I said can I come and get it, and to keep the food there, and asked to get a refund and not pay the additional money for delivery (I was hoping my presence would speed up the process.) I live 8 minutes away. I get there shortly after our call to find out my food is now out for delivery. Are you kidding me?! I just got off the phone. When the manager came up to speak to me he asked, “what do you want me to do about it?” Idk man, you’re the fricking manager?! You tell me! As of right now I have still paid for the delivery, etc and received nothing regarding customer service help. I’m not typically that guy, but a response like that from a “manager” doesn’t sit well with me.

  I got stuck here for a long time.They gave my pizzas away.So was here for over an hour.For takeout, but got to meet a lot of nice new people also waiting forever had good conversations though. I wish my pizza was cooked a little bit longer a lot of the times are kind of doughy towards the middle. Christine was a great help came and got my pizza ready right away.Thank you to her

  Great food! Great people & service. Added bonus it’s an old school Pizza Hut with an open dining room. Could go on for days with how awesome this place is

  Nope. New manager is..... not worth the food. Ever. I will not be back until she's gone. Sad, really. Not to mention it's like pulling teeth if you order doordash to avoid her. It's fine. But I won't be back.

  Tonight is the first time in a long time I had a thin crust pizza that was made to perfection thank you for your hard work! ☺️
