Ordered the G.G. from here with spicy ranch and no onions. Overall, the sandwich was decent, but that spicy ranch? Was it a sauce or did somebody accidentally fill the bottle with water? 😂
Every bite turned into a damn waterfall. Sauce running everywhere like the sandwich had sprung a leak. I don't know if they watered it down or what, but I ordered spicy ranch, not a plumbing problem.
To make things even better, the delivery driver left my order directly in front of the door that opens outward. So naturally, everything went flying when I opened it. Drink spilled, food nearly took flight, and for a second, I thought I was living in a trap house instead of ordering dinner. 🤦♂️
I called the restaurant, was polite, and simply asked the lady to let the driver know not to leave orders in front of doors that open outward. I wasn't rude, didn't yell, and even said thank you. Her response? Pretty much the customer service equivalent of hanging up and saying, "Yeah, whatever, we don't care."
Look, mistakes happen. Ranch can be fixed, and delivery drivers can learn where NOT to put food. But a little customer service goes a long way.
The sandwich was okay, the ranch needed a lifeguard, my drink didn't survive, and customer service was apparently on vacation. 😂
Hopefully, next time I order, the sauce stays on the sandwich, the food stays on the porch, and the customer service actually shows up for work.
