  Unfortunately my good experiences at this Dunkin have been few and far between due to almost the entire staff having major attitude problems but this morning was my final straw and I didn’t even make it to the front of the line. Although they were fairly busy and I will always give grace when it’s deserved, the attitude was absolutely uncalled for. The lady in front of me patiently waited to have her order taken at the cash register but I had noticed that the blonde girl who was supposed to be taking orders just kept walking right past the register and would roll her eyes like we were all a nuisance to her. The lady waiting to be helped asked about Mother’s Day donuts and the cashier very rudely replied “ya we don’t have Mother’s Day donuts” and kept walking. When she finally decided to take her order she walked to the register and said “what do you want” and she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes the entire time. The customer again asked about the free donut that the sign advertised on the front door and the cashier responded with in the most disgusting attitude “what sign, we don’t have a sign stating there’s free donuts for moms” when it was clear as day posted on the front door! At that point I told my kids we would go somewhere else because no one deserves to be treated that way, especially on Mother’s Day. The cashier then laughed and rolled her eyes at me. Sad part is my kids asked me to stop here so they could use their own money to surprise me with my favorite coffee and a donut. Reedsburg Dunkin has officially lost us as customers.

  I normally enjoy the Reedsburg location , but this morning i ordered the new banana matcha. I specifically said it twice. While in line for over 10 minutes they made go to the parking lot to wait for the drink. Then when the drink finally came it was just a matcha with no banana. Then the girl who brought me drink felt the need to lecture me that next time i will have to ask for banana if i want it even though i specifically asked for it twice and feel since i only ordered a drink i shouldn’t have had to wait in the parking lot anyway. The customer service this morning was all and all horrible and although there isn’t a drive through, i will be taking my coffee business to Buck and Honeys. Probably should have just shopped local anyway.

  Whenever I go in to this location I am always get a friendly greeting. They are often fairly busy and still get things out fairly quick. Overall one of the few places in town to get something for breakfast.

  Im been biting my tongue for the last few months because i'm not one for confrontation, but today really irritated me. I ordered a large shaken espresso. I got a medium in a large cup? This has been happening for months and im finally irritated enough. Im paying over 6 dollars for a coffee and yes that's my choice, but I should be getting my whole drink that I pay for! It's been happening consecutively for months, just about every time I come here and it doesn't even matter which drink I order either; hot, iced, macchiato, shaken espresso, Etc. It's ridiculous. I'm on the verge of just driving to The Dells to get my coffees because at least they would be full!
