  ORDER# 5274 on 7-1-26 Around 11:30am We went in to better look at menu and order in person. The person taking the order was completely clueless what she was doing. We decided on 2 of the $6 menu wraps with coffee.....The person taking the order kept saying Ice coffee and we had to keep correcting her saying regular coffee and just cream. She kept staring at screen and finger swiping all over for like what seemed like minutes. Then when she finally got that part, entered in, we added 2 orders of 6 piece hash rounds. She then says they have the 9 piece ones also.........so I said ok add on 2 of the 9 piece ones instead, and all of a sudden the price goes from less than $3 bucks to $7........I ask whats going on......its just 6 extra tiny rounds...."well we dont sell just the plain, we have the bacon ones and I added that and just removed the bacon part......its all ok"........I said NO.....Im not paying $4 more for 3 extra hash rounds.....so back to the 2-6 piece ones again. She didnt even know the menu, so back she was again to swiping and starting over on the screen to where she must have erased the whole order and had to start all over again!.....Right back to the ice coffee again. Finally we thought she got it right when my wife added on a Turtle no whip cream where she had to ask people what that was. .............We paid and waited for us to be called for order and when called I go up and there is only one cup of coffee.....where the rest of order?.....no one answers.........finally a bag shows up and no one even says anything....I see the number is mine so I tell the girl we are still short a coffee and the Turtle......she says sorry and grabs a coffee and after like 10 minutes of what is going on we got home. .........Now my wife goes there nearly everyday......and when we got home she said the Turtle was not close to what she usually gets and dumped it.....it wasnt right......When we got to the other coffees, she ended up adding 3 cream to them and added even more......it was a cup of warm cream and a shot of coffee that barely turned it brown. We dumped it........when we got to the rounds.....lets just say some people cant count to 6......when we got to the wraps, the shells were hard and dry like they were microwaved............I am sorry but I am out $20 for this order of crap.....and usually dont give reviews for little things but from the time inside, to what we got.....NOTHING was right....Everything was wrong and terrible, not just one part of the order.......Managers need to pay attention to employees and TRAIN them......

  I was in a rush and needed a coffee and this lovely worker Alexis was so sweet and helpful! She was very timely and speedy too with my order! I was in and out in what felt like seconds! Lovely establishment!

  I don’t normally go to Dunkin but lately it’s been tasting good and the drinks have actually been made correctly. Unfortunately, each time I have been there this week the service is lacking. There is zero customer service actually happening. There is no smiling, there’s no you’re welcome. That isn’t what customer service is about. Today was probably the last time I’ll go back for a long time. I had another experience with a different employee but that was the only difference. She didn’t pay one bit attention when she held the card reader out to me so I could barely see it as she wasn’t even paying attention to where she was holding it. I’m short so I could quite literally not even see the screen. She then kept talking to people in the back, handed me my drink and straw which I couldn’t grab without using two hands. Again, I am short and that was hard to do. She saw me struggle as I finally was able to grab them and then laughed and said sorry. This is why I don’t go here and would rather support other local coffee places.

  Unfortunately my good experiences at this Dunkin have been few and far between due to almost the entire staff having major attitude problems but this morning was my final straw and I didn’t even make it to the front of the line. Although they were fairly busy and I will always give grace when it’s deserved, the attitude was absolutely uncalled for. The lady in front of me patiently waited to have her order taken at the cash register but I had noticed that the blonde girl who was supposed to be taking orders just kept walking right past the register and would roll her eyes like we were all a nuisance to her. The lady waiting to be helped asked about Mother’s Day donuts and the cashier very rudely replied “ya we don’t have Mother’s Day donuts” and kept walking. When she finally decided to take her order she walked to the register and said “what do you want” and she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes the entire time. The customer again asked about the free donut that the sign advertised on the front door and the cashier responded with in the most disgusting attitude “what sign, we don’t have a sign stating there’s free donuts for moms” when it was clear as day posted on the front door! At that point I told my kids we would go somewhere else because no one deserves to be treated that way, especially on Mother’s Day. The cashier then laughed and rolled her eyes at me. Sad part is my kids asked me to stop here so they could use their own money to surprise me with my favorite coffee and a donut. Reedsburg Dunkin has officially lost us as customers.
