    The food is always good at Arby's and the lobby atmosphere is friendly but holy cow do they need some kind of manager there because the people trying to take your order realllllly struggle....

    When you think of a French dip, you think of a dipping sandwich with au ju....got home from the drive thru and there's no au ju....not worth driving back just for a cup of broth. Now to worry about checking my bag before I drive off even if there is a next time.

    I waited 40 minutes for food. Went inside and the girl totally forgot she had put us in a parking stall. She ended up giving me $40 worth of coupons to use later, but failed to tell me that I had to use them within 24 hours. I call the store to see if I can use them and Gabriel, he says he was one of the managers, says that he can’t do anything but that if I come back soon to tell him or Christy what happened. I say, “well I can tell you now” and he goes “uhhh no.” and i was just so taken back I had to say okay and end the call. This is a terrible way to handle customers and I hope Gabriel gets some training on his customer service skills.
