Drive thru is closed the lady working the window was extremely rude and unprofessional. Went inside got told they were out of a lot of things all I wanted was a BLT and two Asiago cheese bagels the guy working the counter said “yeah we don’t have any of that right now” once again was extremely rude I don’t recommend this location at all

No one to take our order. We had to flag someone down who said, "we had 5 people call in". They had a 40 min wait on all food. It was too late for us because we ordered at the kiosk. I asked if we could get our money back, but nobody could help us. I won't return.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went in because the drive through had several cars in it. No one else inside ordering. 5 staff. I waited to order while the gossip story had to be finished. Ordered my breakfast sandwich and asked about a kitchen sink cookie at which point I was told they don't have them ready. I looked over and there was a whole stack. I brushed it off and paid for my stuff. 20 minutes later a got a sandwich that had very very very small amount of Chipotle on it (Chipotle chicken, Avo , egg). The man, who appeared to be a manager, barely turned towards the counter and mumbled "sorry about the wait". Got in car and headed out. A few miles down the road in opened my sandwich. Super squished, cold chicken and no sauce and two small slices of avo. I tried to call because I am ok with waiting for quality but if I'm waiting for crap..I want my money back. No answer x3. I still want my money back.

Ignored at drive thru even though the employee (manager on duty) looked at me. There were cones blocking the drive thru but not the other rapid lane so I thought maybe the machine was broken. Went around again after another car pulled up-they were served so I pulled up again and was told to order rapid pick up after asking if they had the staff to do deliveries. However, they were out of what my family wanted me to order. Could use a sign actually stating drive thru closed if the business doesn't want to actually serve people and an assistant manager that is kinder to regular patrons Disappointment for mom not getting what she wants for breakfast on mother's day. Kenosha location for the future, I guess.

The workers have nothing to do with this, but the new location is a perfect case study in hostile architecture. Panera used to be a place you could sit down and drink too much caffeine and get your homework done. It is perfectly self-sabotaging and this location, compared to most, compared to the last one, is the embodiment of that downfall. Too much sunlight, too much harsh lighting, too open, too cold, the opposite of cozy. Don’t come here to get your homework done. Come here to nervously impress your in-laws because you haven’t checked out the local cuisine and typically you’d just go to the Panda Express.
