We put our order in at 1:12 pm on a Saturday afternoon when there were only 4 other tables in the entire restaurant and we didn't get our food until over 30 minutes later, after our waiter after 25 minutes had passed had assured us that they were "dropping fresh wings" for us - ummm, as opposed to what exactly? Leftovers from last night!? Said he wanted to drop my fries off so they didn't get cold but they showed up lukewarm like they sat on the counter for 10 minutes. Management needs to do an overhaul of the kitchen and the staff because this place is not up to par to other BWW.
