  Placed my order for a door dash pick up and the guy took my food and threw it away and told me someone else came and took my entire order. $60 worth of food!!!!!! Do better. Make sure your employees are actually checking phones for the orders. Worst Arby’s in the entire city!!!! I would’ve had better service on Durand ave!!!!!!!!!!

  While the food and service fine, I paid with cash and was forced to round up even though I saw easily 20 pennies in the cash drawer. Now, I understand that it’s only a matter of a few pennies, but this is 100% a rip off of the customer that is being done by places all over the nation now. If you have pennies on hand in your register, or if I am willing to pay you in pennies and you don’t accept it, I don’t understand why it’s being done at all. And it will affect my decision to return to this or any establishment pulling off this con.

  By far the worst fast food place in town. Idk what happened here but whoever they have running the kitchen should be fired! My Bruce’s bowl was burnt and everything cold! How do you make a dry roast beef sandwich?!? Send everyone home!

  My receipt said I was helped by Eric. I had to wait a little bit but my food was all fresh and everything was packaged super neatly. I got a bit complicated with my order but everything came out right and the kids had a good attitude
