- JJJ.C.3 days ago1.0Just went in the drive-through only here(recently) but bad service all together! AI took my order(very slow). Took forever for anyone to go to the window for my payment. Took even longer to get my food. With how long it took, you would think it would be fresh and hot but instead I saw it sit there for a long time and it was cold. My sister and I were the only ones in line the whole time too. Was a slow time during the day. It took maybe 20-30 minutes in line altogether! Don’t go here. The employees didn’t care to be there or even do there job when all they had to do was make a one fresh simple combo meal and take payment. They didn’t even smile or talk at all. I’ve had to work fast food before, even then I would’ve given way better customer service. The employees there that day are getting paid to do nothing! Waste of time, money and it’s not even worth the wait! There are so much better restaurant chains around the area with hot good food and faster service! Never going back again!

One for their food and other sat there for at least 10 minutes before we said enough and back out of drive thru (mind you couldn’t do that if no one behind you due to their lovely set up, obviously for a reason)!!! Seriously what is so hard? It was 10pm and saw one person inside waiting as we did. Pretty sad given could be so much more
