  The food i had received was stale and expired and I had waited half an hour for the food and when I had gotten the food it was cold and the workers were extremely rude and disrespectful and blatantly ignored my significant other multiple times and only 2 workers were on the clock and they were moving with no intentions of going fast. I'd recommend going to Culvers down the road.

  Let me start off by saying that I don’t often write bad reviews, however today I attempted to order food here - used the app which is easy. When I arrived a few minutes after my scheduled pickup time, the door to the restaurant was locked - I called and was curtly told that I needed to use the drive thru - as an emergency responder, I don’t like being “trapped” in drive thru like this with no ability to get out in an emergency - so I called back and was told there was no manager on duty and “you have to use the drive thru and wait like everybody else, your food will be made last” - needless to say, I went to Culver’s instead and got much better service and food.

  should probably let people know that drive thru is closed... very bad customer service and quite lazy. we were already nerv about going there since last time it took a literal hour to get our food, and it was wrong. place needs to be shut down or they need to lock in
