I have eaten at a lot of Pizza Ranch’s in several locations. This one was an exception as far as being the friendliest! Carol, one of the workers here was very attentive and social. She even had a birthday cookie made for my partner since it was her birthday. She brought smiles to our face and we left talking about our great experience here. Thank you Carol for making our evening!

Went to pizza ranch about 6pm. Not a lot of variety of pizza. Thought maybe would bring more out but never did. Only a few pieces of chicken and it was dry. The potoes were warm but the gravy was hot. Overall not a good experience. We go to other pizza ranch and this one was not that great from other that we have gone to.

The food was good BUT they say you can pick the type of pizza you want to be added to the buffet bar. I Love taco and gave the info to the person.... They never put it in for me. Someone dropped the ball. When you are ordering why don't they put the request in right away. That way the cook gets the request right away. That would be better customer service

I went to pizza ranch in prairie du chein wi i was there in between lunch and dinner at this time.Their conference room was filled with people. I waited quite some time for chicken to come out it had a sign up 10 minutes that ten minutes turned into 20 minutes i had been waiting for the chicken because I am diabetic and cant eat the Pizza crust or a lot of the bread items so therefore I paid $17.00 dollars for a very small salad a hard boiled eggs and a pickle. My grandson had finished eating and had his dessert. He was satisfied with his meal I was upset because I did not want to make him sit there while I was waiting for the chicken. I'm not sure if it's because they had a room full of people that there was no chicken up , but in that case , if they knew that was going to be a case , they should have had extra made for customers outside of the conference room. We really enjoy Pizza ranch. I hope this is not something that would happen again.
