  We ordered 5 pizza and bread sticks for a wedding rehearsal for take out. Pizzas were done when we arrived and they said it was cheaper to do 6 bread sticks and hoped we didn't mind. They were very courteous and helpful and everything was hot and delicious. Great job Pizza Hut Prairie du Chien!

  Great service on Father's Day. Your staff was overwhelmed, but did a great job. Three employees is not enough.

  We are from out of town and this is the 2nd issue I've had with this pizza hut. Ordered a pizza online and said 15 minutes. Go there and find out that they got hit with online orderes and customers coming in and our pizza wasnt even in the oven yet and it will be 25 mins or longer. Nope very unprofessional. If you do not have enough help maybe just shut your doors. The time prior we judt got to the door and a lady comes out and says they are not open right now for any more customers because they are short help and busy. Maybe hire managers that know their job. Will not order from this 1 again.

  It's been a while since we last ate here. Food was hot and fresh. I an older and miss the original Pizza Hut ambiance but that's a corporate thing not this stores issue. I did this review mostly for our server. I think his name was Robert. He was awesome! He greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello. He was quick on the service, always friendly and genuinely interested in doing whatever he could to make our experience great. He is an older gentleman (as I am too) and I want this type of service. The younger generation needs to take a cue from Robert as to how you give great service to customers. It's obvious Robert takes pride in his work as it shows. I hope Pizza Hut will recognize his efforts. Great job Robert!
