  I made an order for the wrong date in the future. I was told in store it would be cancelled, as well as on phone. No response from email. Order was never cancelled and I was charged. Very disappointing.

  The music was very, very loud plus rap music. Couldn't hear each other talk. That kind of music should not be playing during business hours. Not a good mother's day experience. I will not return

  Multiple times I’ve ordered toasted sandwiches and they come cold and it ruins my whole mood.

  Came in with a last minute order of about 15 subs. They were super busy with multiple catering orders, but took my paper with all the personalized order details. Had all my sandwiches within 10 minutes. Great job!! Will definitely be back to this store for more.
