So there’s cheesy, and then there’s cheesy. But how can you get to the good kind of cheesy? Like cheesy cheesy. Simple, take the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito for example. With a perfect combination of warm Nacho Cheese Sauce, refried beans and premium Latin rice all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla, it’s the kind of cheesy you definitely want.
If you’re one of those kids who has a thing for hot potatoes, why don’t you just try the Spicy Potato Soft Taco instead. It’s got warm and seasoned potato bites, melted real cheddar cheese, crisp lettuce, and chipotle sauce for a little extra kick.
Crispy chips, nacho cheese sauce, refried beans, and red sauce; you know that whomever you’re with is going to want “just one.” Before you know it, there’s one chip left: the chip at the bottom of the pile, with only a corner covered in cheese and a tiny pinto bean. So get a second Triple Layer Nachos for you and your friends.
We could all learn a little something from Spicy Tostada. Most meals try to keep everything hidden behind a thin layer of tortilla or corn shell. Spicy Tostada, on the other hand, has no insecurity about sharing its true inner self. It doesn’t care if you see its refried beans, real cheddar cheese, and lettuce. It doesn’t mind if you think its red sauce is maybe too red, or not red enough. Or if its chipotle sauce may be a little hard to pronounce.
If you’re living life the way you’re supposed to, morning is always going to be a struggle. This is why Mountain Dew® Kickstart™ exists, to give you the energy to fight through the fatigue.

Instead of a crunchy corn shell, the Soft Taco Supreme® has a soft, flour tortilla. It’s so soft, it exclusively listens to Toronto hip-hop. Dreamy. Soft. Delicious.
A warm flour tortilla filled with tender shredded chicken, seasoned rice, avocado ranch sauce, and real cheddar cheese. In terms of wrapped meals, the Shredded Chicken Burrito is perfect.
Your choice of marinated and grilled chicken or steak served with guacamole, pico de gallo, black beans, crisp lettuce, seasoned rice and reduced-fat sour cream all packed into a seriously powerful bowl.
With its warm seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, crisp lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a crunchy tostada shell... one might say the Crunchwrap Supreme® set the rules for all Crunchwraps to follow.
A warm and melty quesadilla wrapped around seasoned beef, seasoned rice, cheese, nacho cheese sauce, reduced-fat sour cream and chipotle sauce grilled to perfection.
A warm soft flatbread layered with a three-cheese blend and warm nacho cheese sauce wrapped around a crunchy taco shell filled with seasoned beef, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce and spicy ranch sauce.

We came in, one couple waiting for their food... the 3 of us ordered on the kiosk because there was a sign saying we had to order on the kiosk only. If paying cash, still have to order on kiosk then pay at register (Where no one was standing, though a short heavy lady came up to it at least 6 times, ignoring our presence, completely avoiding eye contact as well. Finally the couple who were waiting got their food and left. Now zero other customers besides the 3 of us. We had placed our order on the kiosk 15 minutes ago, completely been avoided and ignored by the 5-6 employees there. When we were finally acknowledged that we were there, a bearded guy questioned why we were standing there, my fiance said waiting on my order. Rudely the guy looked confused and then said oh, well you can't get your order until you pay! My fiance replied, I know that's why I'm standing here by the register, but no one has acknowledged me. Then we pay. Still the only ones inside and the drive thru was only getting a car here and there. As we watch, the 5-6 workers (I'm a baffled... I've worked at a taco bell before ... for many years) and im unsure what they are doing why they seem to be all over the place... instead of the line... and we continue to still be waiting. It's been another 10 mins since paying now. No food. Finally getting our food. (I'm nervous to eat it, fear of getting sick... due to their disgusting work area!! And worried the curly hair kid who i just saw crouching next to the outside door smoking a cigarette and looking at his phone... I don't think he washed his hands)
But my fiance is starving, I hadn't eaten all day.. whatever.. so our food was some how COLD AND SOGGY !! Except my mini taco salad, that was actually good. The beef tasted good, the beans were good consistency, not crusty... the beans were warm..I actually had cheese on it!! ( my crunchy steak tacos with extra cheese easy lettuce..... was not that at all! My crunchy taco shell was already soggy and falling apart.. just from the short walk from inside to our vehicle... the steak looked more like ground beef but like a super tender mushy roast ... the lettuce was.. ick. And the extra cheese... ha. I had less cheese than a regular taco gets!
Oh and I almost seriously fell in the bathroom while trying to wash my hands then try to walk out the women's bathroom. I had to shuffle/ skate out bc it was like slipping around on oily tile. Luckily my friend caught me and didn't fall too!!
I don't think I want taco bell from any where after this experience.

I try hard to avoid this location. Never had a good experience here. Tables and floors are dirty. Food made poorly. Waited almost 30 min for my mobile order because workers were busy talking and no one noticed the order. They had excuses rather than apologies or efforts if making things right.

This Taco Bell was Kiosk only, which is okay, but there was only 2. I only saw 3 workers and it took about 45 minutes to get my 2 burritos. I don't know if that was on purpose, but 3 people for a Saturday dinner rush does not sound feasible. I even saw some Dasher's canceling orders and leaving.

So first off I absolutely love Taco Bell and hated writing this.
Aside from the kiosk ordering, which I don't care for, but it is becoming the norm, this was by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had. After placing my order at the kiosk, I opted to pay cash. It took 10 minutes for an employee to acknowledge that I was there to actually pay for my order. They were out of large cups, so they gave out medium cups, even though I paid for large. I was never given a refund for the difference. The customer area was dirty, very disorganized and generally not taking care of. After a half hour of waiting, so 40 minutes in the store, they finished 1 order from the lobby while I was there. I wanted to cancel my order and get refunded, but the clerk at the counter couldn't figure out how to, so I waited for my order to come to see how long it would actually take. From the time I handed the clerk my cash to the time I received my order it was 96 minutes. Not a typo, 96 MINUTES. The food was very sloppy and incorrect. Paid for extra toppings but never received them. Overall rating (-6)

Never had such a horrible experience at a Taco Bell! Every table was absolutely disgusting, the floor was sticky, the mat in front of the soda machine was completely full of sour cream or something. We ordered at the kiosk weren’t given our cup for soda for a long while, then the food took 25 minutes to come out. The what I’m guessing was the manager had pj bottoms on, did absolutely nothing to help the other workers, then went and sat in the office after getting yelled at by the only man who was doing anything back there! Never again!
