  Didn’t have napkins available at drive through. That’s a pretty basic fail for people picking up food to seemingly eat in their car. When they do have napkins they only give you one so it almost seamed like this lack of napkins was actually a result of being cheap

  Terrible all around. Drive thru ordered chicken wrap ended up getting tuna and didn’t realize until 10 miles down the highway…also asked ez peppers and got extra. Worse yet, workers were using the same gloved hands to take cc payments and enter orders into the computer before going back to food prep with the same gloves…that’s gross.

  kind people, but this place is the slowest jimmy john’s i have ever been too, and am a frequent customer. i thought maybe it was just an understaff issue. but it’s been 2 years. i do mobile pickup and still am in the drive through for al least 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead.

  I endulged a little and got a Club Tuna #15, the endulgemednt kicked on with the bread instead of having it wrapped in lettuce. Thank You Jimmy John's for welcoming me and showing me it's OK to treat myself. 💖
