When they do have napkins they only give you one so it almost seamed like this lack of napkins was actually a result of being cheap

Worse yet, workers were using the same gloved hands to take cc payments and enter orders into the computer before going back to food prep with the same gloves…that’s gross.
- THTaylor HamerskiMay 12, 20263.0kind people, but this place is the slowest jimmy john’s i have ever been too, and am a frequent customer. i thought maybe it was just an understaff issue. but it’s been 2 years. i do mobile pickup and still am in the drive through for al least 15 minutes with 2 cars ahead.
