  Terrible service!! It’s been 2.5 hours since I ordered my pizza & I called to ask what’s going on. They are understaffed. Then they delivered my pizza to the wrong address! So I called back and they said they’d get it back to me. Here I am still waiting half an hour later.

  Super disappointed! This is not what I ordered. I called and let them know 1 of the pizzas on the order was wrong and they said they would remake it and send it right out. Over 30 minutes later I called again and asked they said it was in the oven and hung up on me. I grabbed the wrong pizza and went there. My pie was not even started yet! They were incredibly rude and refused to refund me. I worked for dominos for 28 years in 4 states. Never have I ever seen a store so filthy. Crew members in jeans, long hair on the make line without being tucked up in a hat. The place was filthy and a hot mess. Definitely no Dominos pride in this store! So disappointed and sad to see this! Paid over $70 for my order and couldn't even get decent customer service. Remember they are the ones that screwed up. Never even got an apology and just to get them to remake my pizza I had to go there.

  It's unfortunate that the owners of this store are inept at running a business. This is the third time that I have had to go and get a pizza after ordering it for delivery. The employees have great customer service skills and seem like they want do well but are thwarted by poor staffing levels. Owners if you read this, sell the business and let someone who knows what they are doing take it over. Plover will be thankful.
