  While this is not a " bad" review I did want to alert management to something I witnessed last Friday evening, the 1st. I was parked outside the store, waiting in my car for my husband to come out of t mobile. I looked up and was watching 2 females towards the back of the store . One female was smaller, long black hair and looked younger. The other female was at least a foot taller than the other female and she had orange bright hair. I saw the taller female lean in close to the smaller female face and said something. The younger stepped back and said something back. It clearly was not a respectful conversation on the part of the taller female and I hope this is not how team members treat each other. I do not know what was said as I was not in the store but you can read the body language of the taller female and it was not appropriate behavior. I hope management sees this and addresses how employees are supposed to treat each other.

  Quick food service, excellent blueberry smoothie and Thai chicken wrap. The staff were very helpful and it was not crowded. The food was ready quickly and everything was clean and neat.

  Absolutely adorable spot to hang out and get a refreshing smoothie after shopping, quick and fantastic service, friendly and sweet! Definitely worth the price. The only ‘bad thing’ would be the small font on the menu, it’s a little hard to read but I’m sure the employees will gladly help out, they’re so sweet!

  The smoothies where decent but the service was something to be desired. When they were taking our orders they kept interrupting us and it also felt weird. It was almost like we weren't humans but inconviences. Usually I understand that as i myself have worked in plenty of retail but the whole atmosphere of the place felt like the worker didn't want to be there and wanted nothing to do with making the drinks or talking to anyone. Even each other. Not sure if this is more a reflection on how the business treats their employees vs their actual service.

  To whom this may concern: Saturday, April 18th, 2026 was my first time visiting the 77th St location in Pleasant Prairie location in Kenosha County in Wisconsin. I was more than 2 hours plus (!) late to pick up my order for the Detox Island Green smoothie due to a family emergency. Once I arrived, an employee by the name of Danica bolted into action as if she were a character from the DC Universe by dropping everything and made my order in less than 3-5 minutes. I make a point of mentioning this, as it was SUPER BUSY in the store on a early Saturday afternoon. If more employees were like Danica and her colleagues, I think people would be highly amenable to the service industry in these fraught times.
