I did not know that you had to specify 'single' cheeseburger when ordering. I never had this happen to me before at any of the other locations. I thought my order was pretty expensive for 1 cheeseburger, but after waiting 15 minutes for my sandwich, I saw '2 patties' on my slip for pickup. I threw out one of the patties and ended up with just a hamburger because the cheese was melted in the middle of the patties, not on top. It was difficult to remove one patty to throw it out without taking the cheese completely off the sandwich. It was an annoying mess and a waste of money. I have not ordered anything double in my whole entire life and I found this to be disgusting. I will not go back to this location. It did not say double on my receipt, so I don't understand if this is standard, but they really should specify and not assume. I will be going to Milwaukee Burger next time.
