  The workers are rude and the tables are dirty the gauc was brown made my whole bowl turn different color, and i asked for more meat and the employee with red hair male very tall rolled his eyes and the girl that checked me out with blue hair was rude as well, like wheres the managers at and where the the hair nets at bc thats disgusting need new employees. the chipotle by sams snd walmart is the best one in kenosha.

  Sure — I’d add that detail to make the complaint even clearer: Yazma Worst experience ever!!!!! I honestly don’t know what was going on at this location. I’m not someone who usually complains about how much food is put in my bowl, but this experience was so bad that I had to say something. I asked for barbacoa, but the container in front of the employee was completely empty. I assumed they had more in the back, so I asked, and they brought some out. However, the amount they put in my bowl was unbelievably small. The same thing happened with the rice — the portion was way smaller than what I’ve ever received at Chipotle before. What made it even more unbelievable was that they added chicken to my bowl to make it look fuller because there was so little barbacoa and rice. I didn’t ask for chicken, and it felt like they were trying to make up for the extremely small portions instead of simply giving me a reasonable amount of the food I ordered. When I politely mentioned that the portions were extremely small, instead of simply adding a reasonable amount, the employee argued with me and told me twice that it wasn’t a small portion. I’ve been to Chipotle many times, and I know what a normal portion looks like. I’m not asking for an excessive amount of food, but this was nowhere close to what I would normally expect. On top of that, there was no ice in the drink machine, and the kitchen area looked dirty, which made the whole experience even worse. Very disappointing and honestly unbelievable. I hope management takes a serious look at the service, cleanliness, and portion consistency at this location. I definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.

  Be careful when ordering food here; today, August 30, I placed a takeout order and found a worm in one of the bowl. Naturally, I threw the food away (I didn't care to go back to the restaurant to make a scene, as I was already some distance away) but I find it appalling that a food business would have such poor hygiene. Nasty!

  Stopped in around 9pm after work to pick up dinner. The restaurant was empty with 4-5 people working. They were all visibly crabby and unhappy that I was there. The guy who made my bowl was super rude. As I waited for him to make it, I looked around the kitchen area. It was disgusting! There were food scraps and spills on every surface. The area where they put together guest's food was also filthy with dried sauces all over the counter, cheese everywhere, meat pieces laying around. It was gross. If I had noticed that before ordering, I would have walked out. To top it all off, when I got home to eat, a little fly was in my lettuce! So I ended up throwing it all away. I won't go back to that particular Chipotle.
