  Literally just opened and the guy serving me was horrible. No eye contact, took forever to find and put on gloves, never said hello etc or I'll be right with you. No manners. No customer service. Its not that hard buddy if you dont like your job there are plenty of other ones out there. The food was good but portion horrible not worth the $18. Just opened the food trays are full and asked for and paid for extra and still got nothing out of it. SMH. Don't waste your money.

  Wow!! This store is mind-blowingly filthy. Right where you park you see a ton of garbage overflowing as you go to the front door. I understand Chipotle is a lunch spot, but it's already 4pm. No one could have gone outside and replaced the bag once or twice so it doesn't overflow? When you walk in almost every table is dirty, finger prints, food droppings, used napkins left over, chairs pulled everywhere, remnants of straws thrown on the floor. Just simply a mess!! Then when you walk up to the counter to order your food, it looks so gross. Bits of food everywhere, sauces smeared, food crushed by putting down the food bowls, etc. Again I know lunch is busy, but it's been done almost 3-4 hours ago. I'd understand more if there wasn't already 5 people on the line (3 just breathing oxygen, completely useless to their teammates). 1 making to go orders and 1 in the back, I'm assuming cook) Three of those standing doing absolutely nothing could have taken 5-10 minutes to sanitize the tables and the others to take out trash/ sweep the floor up and make it look some what presentable. Even while they were just standing by the employees that were taking orders, they couldn't have gotten a rag and clean where they place their food to make? It definitely doesn't look short handed to have a heart and understand why the place is upside down. Is there no manager to delegate and control the rushes? Getting to the food, it was nothing spectacular. The large bag of chips we got were so stale we barely touched them. We just came here because we got a gift card and this was the closest location. But very questionable visit.

  This place is dirty. Which is probably the most problematic thing for a restaurant to be. A live cricket fell from the overhead lamps over the sitting area into my queso. The employees replaced my queso but it was such a turn off. Just goes to show you have no idea the hygiene of a place until something like this happens.
