  Have always loved going here but it seems lately the quality and attention to detail is lacking. Multiple times we have customized our subs and not received what we asked for, which is extremely frustrating when you pay extra for it. If you ask for extra anything you'll get the normal amount. Also, I've waited for half an hour for one sub and the same for two subs both at a non busy time of day on two separate occasions. Unfortunately there's no way to rate individual orders on the app so I can't tell them what was wrong with each order unless I call. I can't say they're moving in a good direction, and would not recommend eating there unless they're the only ones open. You'd be better off waiting for Domino's, it'll take just as long for you to get your food.
