  Went to get a gyro after a long day. When I got home to enjoy my meal my pita was as hard as a rock and I could not chew it. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

  This restaurant is hit or miss. We keep going back to give them the benefit of the doubt but starting to lose patience. One time I ordered a chicken Cordon-Bleu and got it home only to discover there was no chicken on it. I called and explained the issue and they issued me a new sandwich but I needed to make the 10 minute trip back and couldn't eat with the family. The next two times we went,it was AMAZING but twice after that, we got the wrong food. The last time - again AMAZING but now we just got home with our order. We ordered two of the new French Dip Royales because the garlic aoli that goes on it sounded delicious..... guess what - opened the sandwiches and roast beef only on half of each sandwich and neither one of them had the garlic aoli. :( :( My suggestion is if you're in the mood for Arby's, try this place but ONLY for dine in so if your order is screwed up you don't need to make the trip back. Im not going back to get this fixed but it ticked me off enough to leave this review.

  Took over !!50!!! Minutes to receive my food since they were out of roast beef at 8:45 on a Saturday night. Never going back here.
